Refunds
- All orders are final, as the are confirmed with the theatre. We do not offer refunds. Read full terms.
Amendments
- Events within 48 hours cannot be exchanged or amended
- Events more than 48 hours from now, may be approved for an exchange but this is not guaranteed and may be subject to fees.
Cancelled events
For any cancelled performances, we will endeavour to contact you by email and SMS as soon as we have information from the production. You do not need to contact us until we have contacted you.
